Our Coffee Standards

Exceeding Specialty Standards
All of our coffees meet the highest specialty-grade standards. While specialty coffee must score 80 points or higher on a 100-point scale, we only source beans that score 85 or above. -
Organic Commitment
Most of our coffee is certified organic. When organic certification isn’t possible—such as in certain regions—we partner with suppliers who are deeply committed to environmental sustainability. -
Highly Traceable
Our coffees are traceable from farm to cup, often sourced from a select group of producers known for their strong sustainability practices. -
Fair Compensation
We pay a premium for top-quality coffee, ensuring our prices meet or exceed Fair Trade standards, and in many cases, surpass them. -
Certified Expertise
Each member of our coffee sourcing team is a certified Q Grader, the highest certification for professional coffee tasters. This ensures the quality of coffee is assessed both at the source and in our coffee lab. -
Roasted Fresh
We roast to order in small batches to preserve freshness, shipping directly from our roastery in Camden Market Stables to you. -

Whether it's a blend or single origin, we treat each coffee with the utmost care. Every batch receives a custom roast to highlight its unique flavor profile, with precise flavour goals and a scoring system to maintain consistency. -

We roast at our own roastery in Camden Market Stables and cup each batch to ensure only the highest quality reaches you.
